I finished the blanket for my nephew Jacob. I did 13 pattern repeats instead of 14, as the blanket was a pretty good size already. I used Denise Interchangeable circular needles (did not knit in the round) size 8, and 6 balls (I think) of Reynolds Saucy in color 71 Seafoam
The nautilus was made for Granny & Granpop - I used Berroco Ultra Alpaca for the face, and MCY wool silk yarn for the body, color Peaceful. The button eyes were a donation from Granny's button collection.
The blanket pattern was really easy, but I needed the break I took from it. Glad it is done now!
