Another project from Zoe Mellor's Knitted Toys. The main body was knit from Debbie Bliss cotton angora. Other yarns include alpaca, patons grace, purple wool, and jagger spun silk wool.
Alex picked this out for his brother. Linus came up and petted his shell as I was stitching it. I seamed it together than the book called for, and also stitched between the shell hexagons. The eye are pagoda beads (vintage swarovski) from my large horde of beads. I had a fun time making toys for my boys!

do you have the pattern for the project? my grandmother loves turtles and i want to knit her one but all i can find are photos!
